Mary began working with Nappa Electric in 2017 when she joined in the role of Office Manager. In her current position as Onboarding & Accounting Specialist, Mary has a variety of responsibilities which are key to the company’s internal operations.

In her efforts with the hiring process, Mary is the main point of contact for new hires during their Onboarding phase. She is the catalyst for ensuring pre-hire tasks are completed and tracked properly before orientation can take place. She also organizes Nappa’s insurance & benefit administration for new hires and current employees alike. Additionally, Mary is a valued member of Nappa’s Accounting team where she manages billing for our Service department & supports accounts receivable.

Mary holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Massachusetts in Lowell with a Business, Music & Performance Emphasis.
