Marlon has been with Nappa Electric since 2015 when he joined us as an Apprentice. He came aboard after completing his schooling hours as a graduate of Porter and Chester Institute. Marlon hit the ground running as an apprentice and emerged as a reliable member of the construction division.

As Marlon gained valuable experience in the field, he pivoted into the role of Estimating Coordinator when the role became available in 2020. He transitioned nicely into the office and after two years he assumed his current role as Project Estimator. Marlon’s responsibilities include; coordinating bid request, project setup, takeoff and quote management, preparing bids using estimating software, proposal writing, attending internal project meetings, site walkthroughs, etc. He is proficient in Conest Intellibid, Bluebeam, AutoCAD MEP and Microsoft Suite.

He is a Graduate of Porter & Chester Institute and is a licensed Journeyman Electrician in Massachusetts.
