Jonathan joined Nappa Electric in 2025 after an impressive 34 years with John A. Penney Co., where he served as Chief Estimator, Project Manager, Corporate Safety Officer, and IT Coordinator.

As Director of Operations, Jonathan utilizes his extensive experience and leadership to work across departments - collaborating closely with Nappa's Project Managers, Estimators, Prefab, Safety and Administrative teams.

Jonathan is a member of the Tewksbury Planning Board and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in in Architecture from Northeastern University.
