As one of Nappa’s longest tenured team members, Jon has been a mainstay with the company since his start in 1998. He’s witnessed the company’s growth firsthand and has contributed to it's success in many roles. During his time with Nappa Jon has been a Journeyman, Project Foreman, Service Foreman and is currently our Senior Field Supervisor.

Jon’s responsibilities as Senior Field Supervisor include pricing, scheduling, permitting, quality control and safety implementation of projects for Nappa Electric’s largest service client. His daily duties include managing a team of service crews staffed with apprentices and journeymen for an entire, multiple building life-science campus.

His steady presence on site offers leadership for field staff and provides a level of comfort for the client, to ensure customer satisfaction.

Jon is a licensed Journeyman Electrician in Massachusetts.
