John joined the company in 2015 as an apprentice, working his way up to Journeyman before stepping into his current role as Safety Associate in 2023.

John plays a key role in reinforcing Nappa's safety culture. His experience in the field, combined with his commitment to keeping crews safe, helps ensure that everyone goes home the same way they came to work.

Some of his many responsibilities include in site safety inspections, shutdown coordination, PPE management, new hire training and certification tracking.

He is a licensed Journeyman electrician and a proud veteran of the United States Army.
