Diana began her time with Nappa Electric in 2026, when he joined us as Human Resources Manager.

Diana joined Nappa with 13 years’ experience and expertise across the full spectrum of HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, payroll administration, compensation and benefits, training and development, and compliance.

She holds a Master's Degree from the University of Antioquia, where she also served as an adjunct professor, and is a SHRM Certified Professional.
