Derek joined Nappa Electric in 2007 upon his graduation from Shawsheen Technical High School. Since the beginning of his career at Nappa Electric, Derek consistently achieved at a high level and has been a reliable member of the company in every aspect. He's gained experience in many positions at Nappa; such as Apprentice, Service Foreman, Controls Foreman and Controls Coordinator.

In his current role as Controls Manager, Derek has guided Nappa's burgeoning Controls Division during their consistent growth. He is directly responsible for all Estimating, Project Management and Business Development within the division. Derek's hard work and focused mindset towards developing his team, has led to the impressive expansion of the Nappa Controls Division and has secured many strategic industry relationships along the way.

Derek is a Massachusetts Journeyman Electrician and Licensed Construction Supervisor.
