Since joining Nappa Electric in 2005, Dan has risen through the ranks of Nappa Electric as an Apprentice, Superintendent, Project Manager and Senior Project Manager. In his current role as Director of Construction, Dan oversees Nappa's large scale construction projects and provides overall leadership within the Project Management team.

Some of his additional responsibilites include; management of Nappa's prefeb facility, working closely with the Purchasing Department on material buyouts, leading internal project review meetings with Project Managers, mentoring Project Superintendents and manages key service accounts.

Dan has proven track record of ensuring projects are delivered to the highest quality and within budget by effectively organizing, managing and utilizing all resources. He is able to lead teams on commercial, industrial, education and life science projects where the highest standards are consistantly demanded throughout the life-cycle.

Dan is a Massachusetts Journeyman Electrician.
