Bob Davis joined Nappa Electrical Contractors in 1995 and has held many roles over his years with the company. Bob has served as Project Foreman, Project Manager, Service Manager and has been our Safety Director for the past 10 years.

As Nappa Electric's Safety Director, Bob oversees our employee staffed safety committee and overall implementation of safety for various commercial projects. Such as biotech/pharmaceutical, industrial, service accounts and site/civil. He is responsible for conducting quarterly companywide safety sessions, job safety audits, crafting site-specific safety plans, conducting job hazard analyses and created a supervisor safety-training program with weekly toolbox talks and daily strech/flex program.

Bob is a Massachusetts Journeyman Electrician and proud United States Marine Corps veteran. He has served as Chairman for the ABC of Massachusetts Self-Insured Group Safety Committee and is currently a member of the Steering Committee.
