Service Manager

Andrew began with Nappa Electric in 2005 as a Licensed Journeyman after completing his Apprenticeship while gaining valuable initial experience outside of the company. Upon joining Nappa, Andrew made an immediate impact as a key member of the Service Department. After a successful tenure as Lead Service Electrician, Andrew moved onto becoming the Service Supervisor and now leads within the department as Service Manager.

His responsibilities as Service Manager include estimating and organizing service projects for Nappa’s well-established portfolio of commercial, industrial and life science clients. As well as billing, processing field slips, purchasing, scheduling and mentoring a team of service electricians. Andrew is also responsible for maintaining current customer satisfaction while establishing new clients.

Andrew is a licensed Master Electrician in Massachusetts.
