Ben Felings began his career with Nappa Electrical Contractors in 2003 after serving four years in the military and has held multiple positions during his time. Such as Apprentice, Project Foreman, Project Manager and Project Estimator.

In his current role as Operations and Estimating Manager, Ben is responsible for many internal operational duties, which are integral to the success and growth of the company. His responsibilities include leading and training the Estimating team, creating and tracking project budgets, leading project kickoff/progress/closeout meetings, initiating new ventures such as operational softwares and prefab efforts.

Ben also leads Nappa's Marketing team, created and maintains the company website, organizes company events, is responsible for overall talent acquisition, new hire onboarding and orientation. As well as fostering vendor relationships.

He is a member of the Benjamin Franklin Institute of Technology - Industrial Advisory Board, ABC Massachusetts Veteran's Committee and is a proud United States Marine Corps veteran.
